Beverly Tan’s father – Mr Tan Khuan Seng – registered a private limited company named Building Development Pte Ltd for property investment in Singapore.
陈宏彩女士的父亲陈宽成先生于1975年在新加坡注册了一间名为《建筑发展有限公司》的公司。公司主要从事房地产投资项目。

Building Development Pte Ltd was presented to Beverly Tan to begin her entrepreneurship journey.
陈宏彩女士的父亲将《建筑发展有限公司》交由她管理，以鼓励她努力创业。
2002
Building Development Pte Ltd was renamed TKS N Sons Pte Ltd by Beverly Tan in honour of her father using his initials TKS (Tan Khuan Seng).
陈宏彩女士为了表达对父亲培育之恩将《建筑发展有限公司》改名TKS Pte Ltd，是她父亲Tan Khuan Seng英文缩写。
